The arrival time is the time you MUST BE ON SITE & the finish time is the approximate time you will finish. Please note if you have insufficient paintballs or it gets dark earlier (during Winter period) then you may finish early.If you or any member of your party fails to show all monies paid will not be refunded/or transferable to another member of your party. Please do not arrive late as you may miss the mandatory safety brief & your booking may be released/cancelled and you may be refused entry. All monies paid in advance will be forfeited/non returnable/non transferable. No refunds will be given on any unused paintballs. Paintballs will not be issued for any of your group that fails to turn up on the event day. IF YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL, PAINTBALLS ARE NON TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY.Agency bookings/vouchers 100 paintballs included in vouchers will be issued mid-way through the day. Any no shows for agency bookings will not receive the 100 paintballs. Please ensure we have a mobile telephone number in case of emergencies for the game day.Any Groupon, Wowcher or any other daily deal website customers must pay a £10 refundable deposit per person upon booking. This is fully refundable for every player that turns up on the day. If any person doesn’t show the deposit is non-refundable or transferable and is forfeited. The £10 deposit can be taken in the form of 100 paintballs each on the day for each customer that turns up.Any agency, ticket groups will receive the free 100 ammo person if applicable normally after 6 games of paintball, must be on site to receive.Everyone will need to complete a waiver prior to participation. Anyone who fails to adhere to the safety rules will not be allowed to take part and removed from the venue without refund. Site paintballs only can be used, using your own paintballs is prohibited and you will be removed from the venue. Pictures maybe taken for marketing, please make us aware if you or your party don’t want photos taken. Any medical conditions please make us aware of. Please understand you palying a natural woodland enviroment with hazards such as hidden concrete, bridges, shelters, landrovers, falling trees, branches, trenches to name a few. There maybe wasp nests etc and don’t cilmb trees.Please ensure that all payments are paid by due date to avoid your booking being released & spaces resold. All payments are non-refundable/non-transferable & paintballs are non-transferable. In the event of game day being cancelled for any reason by ourselves (including adverse weather conditions) all payments will be held over for the next 6 months, giving you time to rebook your session. All bookings are subject to availability. You will be notified in advance if insufficient numbers have booked for day to go ahead. Extra players brought on game day are subject to availability – please remember we can only guarantee those players who have made payments. If you wish your entire group to play on the same side, please advise, but it will be at the Managers discretion on the day. No food is included on any packages. We do sell light refreshment/beverages. Meal deal avaialble if pre booked Jumbo hot dog with roll and drink £5 per person.Ammo prices are £5 for 50, £10 for 100, £45 for 500, £160 for 2000, £420 for 6000, £600 for 10000.Gloves are £10, upgrade guns/mask and grenade is £25, grenades £10 each or 4 for £30.We will not tolerate any abusive beahviour to staff or other customers, the police will be called and you will forfeit you session and removed from the centre. Please do not ouch the plants and wildlife, wash hands if so. All PPE provide must be worn removing you do so at your own risk.Any game balances & all extra purchases on game day must be paid on day by either cash or credit/debit card, cash is preferred as signal on the card machines can be poor at times. Average ammo usage is for a full day is 600/800 paintballs per person for a full day and 350/500 for a half day, this is a guide only. If no private game is booked you will mixed in with other groups on an open session, private games must be pre booked £100 atleast 2 weeks prior, subject to availability.Please wear suitable clothing and footwear – please bring loose fitting trousers, t-shirt, sweater/hoodie (thin layers), overalls are supplied (no overalls supplied for Splat Master/Mini Paintball junior/GelBlaster sessions) no shorts are allowed or just tshirts no mbare skin is allowed for mini paintball/gelblaster sessions. Please wear suitable outdoor recreational activity footwear, preferably with ankle support. If you have short or no hair a cap/hat is recommeded. Thin gloves are also advisable but armoured gloves to keep are available for purchase on game day @ £10 a pair. If you wish to purchase your own equipment to keep – starter paintball face mask £30.00 each & Tippman Semi-Automatic Gun Starter Pack (Gun, 20oz co2 tank and 200 shot hopper) to keep £150.00 each. Please leave, as many valuables as possible behind as no secure lockup facilities at the site. Any personnel belongings or effects you are responsible for not us.All junior bookings (over 6 years – & under 16 year olds on game day) that if an adult is not playing with the party that for health & safety reasons a responsible adult remains in base-camp during the session. All juniors must have a completed consent form & bring them on the game day; they may be asked for proof of age for legal reasons & may be refused (site manager discretion – PLEASE REMEMBER IF THE PERSON ISNT OLD ENOUGH FOR THE SESSION ON DAY OF THE GAME THEY ARE NOT INSURED TO PLAY & WILL BE REFUSED). 8 YEARS TO 11 APPLIES FOR JUNIOR SPLAT MASTER/MINI PAINTBALL SESSIONS ONLY parents can join in the fun. All Splat Master/Mini Paintball bookings, you are booked in for your allotted time, please make sure you arrive promptly as any late arrivals will shorten you’re playing time. Cars/bikes are parked at owners risk.Any cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your game date will be subject to a £5.00 per person rebooking fee.ALL DISCREPANCIES MUST BE RESOLVED ON GAME DAY PRIOR TO LEAVING SITE AS THEY MAY NOT BE RECTIFIED AFTER THE EVENT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON THE EVENT DAY.
